Long Day's Journey into None...
Feb. 28th, 2011 10:32 pmI worked a lot today. I schooled a lot today. I've worked out a lot today.
I made a bluefish dinner for my fiancée and I. My fiancée should be home from work soon.
I'm watching the rolling credits of "Reality Bites" and remembering when the movie was big.
Six months until I get married to a wonderful man (whom I don't "run") who loves me for who I am no matter how man flaws I have. I love everything about this man. The way he smiles, laughs, even the way he farts. When I look at him I see the man I will grow old with.
As mushy as all of this sounds, one of the best things I heard on Saturday night at the sushi buffet place in Little Neck was this:
Fiancée: We met on craigslist.
Co-worker: WHOA! That WORKS?
Me: It worked for us...
